Photographing weddings in the Southern Highlands is always a dream, and Bendooley Estate is one of the most picturesque venues in all of New South Wales. Nestled between the charming towns of Bowral and Berrima, Bendooley has become our second home—a place where we know every nook and cranny, and exactly when each spot shines its brightest. It’s truly a photographer’s paradise, where every moment is a picture-perfect memory waiting to happen.
But what makes a wedding truly exceptional isn’t just the stunning setting—it’s the people. And Alexia and Scott are the epitome of a unique, loving, and joyful couple. Their day was filled with laughter, heartfelt moments, and a wonderful blend of tradition and personal flair. One of the highlights was their playful take on a Filipino wedding tradition: instead of the customary 13 coins, Scott brought a treasure chest filled with gold medallions, adding a fun pirate twist that had everyone smiling.
And let’s not forget the wedding cake—an absolute masterpiece that was as delightful to the eyes as it was to the taste buds. Scroll through to see the beautiful details of their day, from the serene lakeside moments to the lively dance floor. It was a day to remember, captured in the heart of the Southern Highlands.
This revised text highlights the special elements of Alexia and Scott’s wedding, the beauty of Bendooley Estate, and the couple’s personality, making it a compelling narrative for your website.

Hilary and Nicola were wonderful throughout the entire process and were super professional. They knew the venue well and captured the most amazing shots in weather that almost blew the wool off the sheep. Also, when it was getting too cold they had a sweet little bottle of rum to warm our bones. They were great with all our guests and everyone had a splendid time with the photobooth… Not to mention the totally awesome props!
