Whitney and Rohan celebrated their romantic garden-themed wedding in the historic town of Berrima, nestled in the beautiful Southern Highlands, NSW. Their elegant palette of whites, neutrals, blush, and muted caramels perfectly complemented the sandstone at Saint Francis Xavier and the warm wooden ceilings of Bendooley Estate’s Book Barn.
Grooms Preparation at Coromandel Lodge: Rohan got ready at the beautiful and expansive Coromandel lodge. Exuding sophistication, he channeled a James Bond vibe in his black ensemble from Suit Supply. Surrounded by his groomsmen, Rohan’s preparation was filled with excitement and anticipation for the day ahead.
Brides Preparation at May Gibbs Cottage:
The day began with Whitney preparing at the charming May Gibbs Cottage within Bendooley Estate. She was surrounded by her bridesmaids, elegantly dressed in robes, and her flower girl, her beautiful grandmother. Whitney’s grandmother had always dreamed of being a flower girl, and Whitney lovingly made that dream come true. Whitney looked like royalty in her lace-sleeve gown from Abbey Bridal, while Rohan exuded sophistication, channeling a James Bond vibe in his black ensemble from Suit Supply.
Ceremony at Saint Francis Xavier : The ceremony, held at the historic sandstone Church Saint Francis Xavier in Berrima, was nothing short of magical. Father Richard Green’s heartfelt words, coupled with the lush floral arrangements by Visually Creative, created a setting filled with love and warmth.
Reception at the Bendooley Estate’s Book Barn: As the sun set, guests were welcomed into the Book Barn, transformed into a lush garden hideaway. The cascading flowers and foliage, illuminated by soft candlelight, set a romantic tone for the evening. The night was filled with laughter, fine wine, and lively dancing, making it an unforgettable celebration.

Hilary & Nicola were so much fun to work with! They made taking wedding photos easy and natural. We loved how organised they were: the whole process right from the first meeting to the big day was smooth and stress-free. They listened to what we wanted and were able to capture the most amazing photos! They also provided advice about accommodation options for our wedding and other vendors, which we were very thankful for. We had so many guests comment on how friendly and fun they were. We love looking at our wedding photos and we couldn’t recommend them more!
